Cyberjaya is Malaysia’s purpose-built digital city: a place where ideas, campuses, green space and connected urban life meet.
Discover its storyCyberjaya from above
Cyberjaya began as the flagship hub of Malaysia’s Multimedia Super Corridor, conceived to grow a knowledge-driven economy alongside neighbouring Putrajaya.
Launched in 1997 on former plantation land in Sepang, it was planned as a smart, wired city—one with room not only for technology companies, but also for homes, learning, parks and everyday life.
Today, Cyberjaya remains a distinctive Malaysian urban experiment: a young city with a global outlook and a constantly evolving skyline.
